DOMLEC requires for immediate employment a Customer Service Clerk in the Commercial Department.

Qualification and Education

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional or specialised training and/or exposure to:
  • Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software

Required Experience

Candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to maintain good customer relations
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Excellentorganisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM or similar database

Job Summary

To provide general assistance to consumers by:

  • Generating, dispatching of CRM Cases
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Filing of documents
