JOSE MOURINHO and Spurs are without a win in Premier League four games as they prepare to meet bottom side Norwich.
But there's activity in the transfer market in North London with Inter Milan making an official approach for wantaway Christian Eriksen.
And Tottenham are set for an audacious approach to attract Luka Jovic as cover for Harry Kane - along with potential return for Gareth Bale.

TROY NEEDS MOUR TIME
Jose Mourinho has spoken about academy starlet Troy Parrott today.
Some fans have been disappointed with the lack of opportunities handed to the 17-year-old striker by Mourinho, particularly after the injury to Harry Kane.
The Spurs manager, 56, said: “I’m ready to answer you because I had a long conversation with him today, so I’m ready to share with you a little bit. I think he has potential. I think he needs to work a lot.
“He has a process to go through, a process that probably Tanganga had. One thing is 17 and another thing is 20. We are speaking about three years of distance and three years.
“OK in Tanganga’s case it was three years without a Premier League match, but it was three years or working and playing, playing in his age groups, playing in England national team [youth games], which also gave him some experience.
“Then with me it was just the last part of his preparation before he had his first opportunity.
“I think Troy has to go through a process. Can he have minutes? Yes he can minutes. I’m not saying he’s not able to have minutes, but to put on his shoulders the responsibility of replacing somebody to be replaced, I don’t think he’s ready at all.”
SPURS RIGHT BACK IN THE MIX
Spurs are reportedly “very interested” in signing Nelson Semedo from Barcelona this month.
The Lilywhites have had issues at right-back for years, since Kyle Walker left the club for Manchester City in 2017.
Jose Mourinho's side see the 26-year-old as an excellent potential replacement.
According to Bild, however, they could face competition from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
The Bavarians want to recruit a new right-back, with Real Madrid defender Alvaro Odriozola at the top of their list.
But should they fail to land the Spaniard, Hansi Flick's side will look to rival Spurs for Semedo.
Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Tanguy Ndombele is back in full training and ready to be involved tomorrow night against Norwich.
The 23-year-old French international has suffered persistent injury issues in his debut season in England.
He was last seen limping off in the 1-0 defeat at Southampton on New Year's Day.
But Mourinho, 56, said: “He’s ready, he’s not ready for 90 minutes. He will be involved. He will be selected. I’m not telling you to start or come later, but no injury.
“Completely free. Just a question of condition and mentality to be ready, but he’s back tomorrow.”
Nabil Bentaleb has completed his return to the Premier League, signing on loan for Newcastle on loan until the end of the season.
The former Spurs man returns to the Premier League after a controversial spell at Schalke in the Bundesliga.
The Magpies will have the option to make the move permanent in the summer.
The 25-year-old made 46 appearances in the Premier League for Spurs, before falling out of favour under Mauricio Pochettino.

DAN AND OUT?
Jose Mourinho had a huge training ground bust-up with Danny Rose after he dropped him for Saturday's match with Watford, according to reports.
The Tottenham left-back was said to have been furious after being axed ahead of the 0-0 draw.
Rose wanted to know why Mourinho had claimed he had a back issue and that was the reason for his omission.
The England star believed he was fit to play and sought an explanation from Mourinho in their Sunday warm-down session following the game at Vicarage Road.
The Daily Mail report that “the two clashed” with “voices becoming raised” and onlookers describing a “big tension in the air”.
It is claimed some players were unhappy at Rose's reaction and how he seemingly made the situation worse.
