The Food Standards Agency is recalling a number of products sold at major supermarkets in the face of safety fears.
Some items have been recalled due to allergy alerts or causing a choking hazard.
There are concerns about an oven-ready meal, chocolate and more.

Shoppers are being warned to not eat or use the affected products and return them to their nearest supermarket as soon as possible.
Here are the affected products.
Waitrose & Partners is recalling Waitrose Belgian Dark Chocolate with Raisins and Almonds because some packs contain hazelnuts (nuts) which are not mentioned on the label.
This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to hazelnuts (nuts).
Due to a packaging error, some packs contain Waitrose Belgian Dark Chocolate with Hazelnuts instead.
If you have bought the above product and have an allergy to hazelnuts (nuts), do not eat it.
Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
Asda is recalling Asda Extra Special Lamb Moussaka because it contains egg which is not mentioned on the label.
This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to egg.
If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to egg do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.
Lidl GB is recalling the Playtive Safari Toy as a precaution.
The rivets may become loose, creating small parts which are a potential choking hazard for babies and small children.

If you have bought the product, you are advised not to use it.
Instead, return it to a Lidl GB store for a full refund, with or without a receipt.
No other Playtive products in Lidl GB stores are affected by this recall.
