Spas, massage studios and physical therapists also resumed business as Covid-19 restrictions were finally eased.

The Government saluted the reopening of salons after a barren four months as “another step” towards re-booting the economy.
But facials, eyebrow threading and make-up applications were all off the menu — despite men being able to have their beards and eyebrows trimmed.
As the doors flung open perspex screens divided workstations and separated customers and staff.
Face masks were mandatory and most salons were operating an appointment-only policy and limiting the number of customers inside.
In Bournemouth, Mia Flores, 30, went for a body waxing.
She said: “These last few months have been so hard.
“It’s nice to feel glamorous again.”
Meanwhile in Southampton, Harry Jones, 21, got a new inking at Illuminarti Tattoo Studios.

He said: “I was planning on getting this done before lockdown so I’m glad to be back here now.”
But some salon owners who rely on office workers say they fear for the future.
Lucy Luu, 31, of Le Lotus nail bar in London’s West End, said: “Around here it’s all offices. They all work from home. That’s why I’m scared the business will go down. It’s hard.”
