Cheryl is reportedly 'weighing up' if she should use a surrogate in her next pregnancy.

The mother-of-one to two-year-old son Bear - who she shares with ex Liam Payne - recently told that she is planning to turn to sperm donors to give her son some siblings but now Heat magazine claims that the former Girls Aloud singer is also considering using a surrogate.

The Greatest Dancer judge, 36, is said to 'already be committed' to having another 'baby or babies' in 2020 and 'is trying to decide on the best way to proceed', the weekly publications reports.

An insider told: "She's been weighing it up for a while, trying to decide on the best way to proceed. Her pregnancy with Bear was difficult - she had a few medical issues that made it really tough, and that has been a big consideration for her."

Discussing what her nearest and dearest think of the Geordie's plans, they added: "Her friends were shocked by the surrogacy idea at first, but they can see it makes sense."

Mirror Online have contacted Cheryl's representative for comment.

At the start of the month Cheryl revealed that she plans to conceive "more than one" child via a sperm donor and she is willing to go abroad to find the right outcome.

She told the Times magazine: "If time was on my side and I was in my twenties, yeah, I would wait and consider more options, or wait for somebody I felt was right, but...

"You could meet somebody and for that year it feels incredible, but there is never a guarantee because there are so many variables that can happen. Life is a funny old game."

Cheryl, who has been married to former England footballer Ashley Cole and French restaurateur Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, said she will get the sperm from "out of town".
