Heartbroken toddlers desperately tried to revive mum, 30, who collapsed and died at their family home

HEARTBROKEN toddlers desperately tried to revive their mum after she collapsed and died at their family home, her devastated family has revealed.

Three-year-old Oliver and his 20-month-old brother Jack were found attempting to wake Danielle Talbot at the Bloxwich, Walsall property earlier this month.

But despite the best efforts of paramedics, the 30-year-old could not be saved.

Her brother Jono Gutteridge told Birmingham Mail their parents John and Sandra Gutteridge had made the heartbreaking discovery on January 9.

He said: "She (Danielle) had text our mom to tell them to come over. Just 20 minutes later they arrived at her house.

"They discovered Ollie and Jack on top Danielle trying to wake her up."

And the devastated brother said the family, including Danielle's husband Jason Talbot, were left with questions of just what happened.

They said they believed a blood clot may have caused Danielle's death, but were awaiting post-mortem results.

He also said Danielle had initially been told she couldn't have kids for medical reasons.

So when she became pregnant with Oliver and then Jack, she was over the moon.

Jono added: "Danielle was just a special, lovely person. She was the perfect mother who would dote on them and do anything for them.

The family has now started a GoFundMe page to fundraise for the boys' future.

On the fundraising page, they said: "All Danielle ever wanted was to be a mum.

"Unfortunately Danielle only got to enjoy being a mum for 3 years.

"We are asking anyone who would like to help Oliver and Jack by donating anything they possibly can as I know for a fact she would have wanted that instead of flowers. So all of the money raised will go to her boys Oliver and Jack."
