These brilliant pictures from years gone by show just how much Humber Street has changed since its Fruit Market days.
The working community officially left this area when their new, purpose-built fruit market in Priory Park was declared open on November, 27, 2009, by the then Hull West and Hessle MP Alan Johnson.
And today it is a very different scene with it being a popular place to head out for shopping, dining and more.
Bespoke traders, entertainment, and restaurants are among those established in this area after a commitment was made to refurbish the buildings and general area.
