He received high praise for his live show at the Manchester Arena, and Hugh Jackman looked happy and relaxed as he left a city centre hotel.
The Greatest Showman and Les Misérables superstar was seen leaving the Dakota Hotel in Manchester as he headed to the arena where he has another two performances today.
The Australian actor, who is also known for playing Wolverine in the X-Men film series, looked casual in a blue bomber jacket and baseball cap as he strolled with his entourage outside the venue in Ducie Street.
The Oscar-nominated, Golden Globe and Tony Award-winning performer has brought his The Man. The Music. The Show tour to Manchester - and the praise came flooding in after the first show on Friday night.
He sang numbers from the hit musical The Greatest Showman, joined by co-star Keala Settle for the powerful anthem This Is Me, alongside songs from the big screen adaptation of Les Misérables, in which he starred in 2012, and his other film and Broadway roles.
Hugh also interrupted the show to record an Instagram video for Sir Ian McKellen, getting the whole arena to sing him a happy 80th birthday before telling a heartfelt story about his father and devoting Carousel’s Soliloquy to him.
"It was absolutely brilliant. One of the best things I have ever seen," praised one fan on Twitter.
"Fantastic, fun, and just so talented. Thank you," said another.
"I’ve just got back home from the show! He was AMAZING!" commented another fan.
Hugh has also been making the most of his time in Manchester by sightseeing.
He hopped on a bicycle to explore Piccadilly Gardens and Cathedral Gardens and, posting snaps of his travels on his Instagram account, he wrote: "Let's do this Manchester" while appearing to go largely unnoticed by passers-by.
He also posed for a snap outside Manchester Cathdral.
Hugh performs a matinee show today and another evening performance.
