This man could be jailed if he is caught with an open bottle of beer anywhere in Merseyside.
Sonny Gardner, 39, is at the centre of the county-wide booze ban, police confirmed today.
The hit-list was drawn up after Gardner appeared in court and was found guilty of breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) which prohibit specified acts.
And as well as been given a four-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months, Gardner had his CBO extended by two years - meaning he must obide by the following conditions until November 20, 2021.

Any breach of these conditions will result in further action being taken.
Failure to comply to CBOs is a criminal offence and punishment which could include prison is at the discretion of the court.
