Ayr, won the Best Restaurant of the Year Award at the Curry Awards last week.
New kids in the block of the Indian scene in town may have just opened in 2019, but their authentic Punjabi food is as impressive as their name.
And they overcame the fierce competition between Glasgow and Edinburgh's iconic curry house and brought praise.
After sharing its name with a hindiwood blockbuster movie and a trio of restaurant workers deciding to go alone, a very popular diner was born.
One person left the business, and two co-owners of Kilmarnock, Guri Gurchet Singh (31) and Stewarton's Parveen Sharma (47) , I've seen their dreams reach new heights.

Guri added: "Everything we do is real and fresh. It doesn't add bad color to food.
"Cooked to be made by mom. If you come to our house, this is a kind of food. The food you will get.
" The menu is very few, I love chili chicken and classic tikka masala.
"Birmingham people came to try our food and American people asked us if we could buy a gift voucher. "
Guri talked about how he was initially afraid that some eyebrows would occur locally by choosing a name.
He added: "Parveen's favorite move is three idiots, his girlfriend said you should call the restaurant it.
" I think people say we're really idiots I remember thinking I would have thought.
"But the name was said to be memorable, and it certainly did."
