Primark launches extensive Winnie the Pooh collection and shoppers are desperate to get their hands on it

CALLING all Winnie the Pooh fans! Primark has launched a huge collection themed on the popular honey-loving bear and his friends.

The purse-friendly chain has transformed stores with a large range of products, from honey pot mugs to fluffy cushions.

An avid Primark fan shared photos of the exciting collection on the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK.

They added the caption: “Winnie the Pooh has arrived in Primark.”

Shoppers were extremely excited at the news, especially after seeing photos of their new pyjama range, themed on Winnie, Piglet and Eeyore.

Also part of the Primark collection are water bottles which look perfect for summer picnics in the park and large bags decorated with the famous cartoon bear.

For parents with young kids, Primark is also selling little money banks to help kids save, which are shaped like Pooh holding a honey pot.

There are also throws and cushions which look ideal for decorating rooms of Winnie fans.

One person wrote: “My childhood love!!”

Another added: “ I’ll have everything. especially the pillow.”

Meanwhile, one Facebook user commented: “just in time for our shopping trip.”

Primark reopened last month after almost three months after all "non-essential" retailers were forced to shut in March due to the coronavirus lockdown.

Primark said they are "closely following" all government safety advice including social distancing, personal protection for employees and customers and increased in-store cleaning.

CEO Paul Marchant said: "We have worked hard to make sure that clear signage and extra help will be there to guide them through the changes we have made to allow for social distancing.

"We are also asking customers to respect the measures we have put in place to help ensure shopping at Primark is an enjoyable, safe experience for everyone."

Primark fans recently raved about its £1 false eyelashes – as chain reveals it’s sold nearly 800k since reopening.

Meanwhile Mrs Hinch revealed her obsession with Primark’s £1 thongs as she admits she won’t wear any others.

And her fans rave about Primark’s ‘Priminky’ cloths & say they’re just like Mrs Hinch’s fave but a fraction of the cost.
