A third car is also understood to have suffered damage.

The video - which is being shared widely across social media - shows a white Volkswagen Passat, with a smashed rear window, reversing at speed into the back of what appears to be a parked grey VW Golf.

There's shouting and screaming - with people shown running around after the driver gets out.

A second car, a black hatchback, then arrives at the scene.

The Passat reverses into the Golf

A woman can be heard shouting: "What are you doing people?...calm down."

The driver gets back into the Passat and a second man walks up to the car holding something in his hand.

The Passat then drives away, dragging the Golf with it, before it hits the second man, who is stood on a grass verge.

He's knocked to the ground and the Passat is shown being driven away at speed, followed by the black hatchback.

A person is shown taking a swipe at the hatchback as it passes.

The air ambulance was captured in the footage landing on a field nearby as a precaution, but it's understood it wasn't required.
