ITV bosses have lined up a Saturday night episode of I'm A Celebrity with a difference.

Instead of the live trials that have previously been aired during Saturday night shows on ITV1, an episode of unseen footage will be shown - hosted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.

It means fans of paralympian Hollie Arnold might get to see more of her, despite her untimely departure last night as the first contestant to leave the castle.

It comes following confirmation from ITV that the 2020 series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! will be shorter than usual - with a final NEXT Friday, reports Birmingham Live.

That would make the series less than three weeks long for the first time in over a decade.

The 20th series launched on November 15 this year, meaning the finalists will have only been in the castle for two weeks and five days.

Taking to Twitter, the show wrote: "UNSEEN CLIP ALERT", before adding: "It's not strictly... doom and gloom in the Castle.

"Get more exclusive unseen footage tonight at 8.30pm on @ITV, @WeAreSTV and @itvhub#ImACeleb."

But fans replied negatively, with one writing: "No thanks I'd rather have a proper episode on. See the trial etc. Was a stupid idea for the show."

"I'd rather have a Live show on Saturday night primetime," a second agreed.

I'm A Celebrity airs nightly on ITV1.
