A teacher has been arrested and fired from her job over claims she let a 16 year-old boy film them having sex in a classroom.

Constance Robertson, 25, is alleged to have taken advantage of a pep rally being held in the high school’s gymnasium on October 5.

She is then said to have had sex with the child in her own classroom while most staff and students attended the rally, and the building was quiet.

Afterwards, the boy reportedly shared footage of the sex act with his classmates at Port Barre High School in Louisiana, prompting a tip-off to police on October 11.

Cops executed a search warrant to seize the phone the next day, and say they found a recording of the abusive encounter.

Robertson has reportedly claimed she thought the boy she is accused of abusing was 18.

She was arrested in school, but cuffed outside the building.

She was pictured being taken to jail by KATC, and has been charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

Port Barre Police Chief Leon Boudreaux said of Robertson’s alleged crime: ‘We put our trust in faculty of our schools.

‘It’s a choice that she made that she’s going to have to live with.’

Robertson, who worked for the St. Landry Parish School District for the last year and a half, is being held in jail without bond.
