The ‘awesome man cave’ hidden inside pristine family home in Hull

A house that has just gone on the market in Hull has an outstanding feature that has got hundreds of people talking.

The property, in Hotham Road South, west Hull, caused a flurry of interest immediately estate agent Beercocks posted about it on Facebook.

While the house itself is described as a “pristine” family home, the standout images are of what the agent calls an “awesome man cave”.

Offers of between £160,000 and £170,000 are invited for the property, with the eventual buyer taking possession of a bespoke man cave complete with a bar with Brewdog branding, comfy seating and a number of flat screen TVs on the walls.

Beercocks said: “You will be hard pushed to find a more pristine three-bedroom family home in the area, with a luxury open-plan living/dining kitchen, awesome man cave and luxury fitting throughout.

“This property is not yet online - beat the rush and call 01482 656789 to book your viewing.”

Another fabulous feature of the property is a large outdoor hot tub, the kitchen/dining area of the house opening directly out onto the patio area, where the hot tub can be found.

Aaron Jones commented on Facebook: “Very nice that, got the wow factor and great workmanship”, while Ryan Carr said: “Real smart, that. I’m not ready to buy yet though ... and probs out of my price range.”

Gavin Wordsworth said: “That Brewdog man cave is amazing!” and Allannah Harraway said: “More pictures of the bar than the house.”

Gemma Coates commented: “That’s such a nice property” and Jonny Buttery said: “It’ll go for more than that, people are just paying stupid money for a house.”

Emm Linf said: “They want 160 to 170, they won’t take a lower offer I bet”, while Stewart Adam asked: “Does it come with a granda and grannie flat and a job. Would defo move in there.”
