Two more people have now been charged with murder after a dad was killed in an alleged street attack.
Warren Glover, 33, believed to come from Liverpool, was left with a serious head injury after allegedly being assaulted at around 10.15pm on Saturday, June 13, in French Street at its junction with Thompson Street in St Helens.
He was taken to hospital where he sadly passed away on Tuesday, July 7.
Officers attended a hotel in Blackpool on Tuesday, August 4 and arrested Stephen Strutt, 39, and Sarah Clark, 30, both of Chester Avenue, Stalybridge.
Strutt has been charged with Warren's murder and Clark with assisting an offender.
They have been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court this morning, Thursday 6 August.
Melissa Stubbs, 28, of Lane End Road, Manchester, Peter Walker, 30, of Garth Road, Manchester and Aaron Stubbs, 30, of Lane End Road, Manchester had previously been charged with murder and after appearing in court, were remanded in custody to appear again on Monday 10 August at Liverpool Crown Court.
A 41-year-old man from Stockport, previously arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent, was released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.

A 54-year-old woman was also interviewed under caution earlier this month in connection with the incident, and remains under investigation.
