Samira says she’s “hot-headed” and won’t be backing down from a confrontation in the villa, bravely stating that girls "can be catty".

"I think there might be a bit of rivalry over guys. It wouldn’t phase me going head to head with someone for a guy."

"The biggest turn off would be if they weren’t funny. Even if they’re beautiful but have no personality and are just dry, I physically can’t have a conversation.

Samira adds: "Another big turn off is spitting – it makes me feel physically sick.

Love Island series four kicked off on Monday, June 4, at 9pm.

The show will air over eight weeks and among the cast are Cabin Crew member Laura Anderson, Barmaid Dani Dyer, and model Eyal Booker.

Caroline Flack has presented Love Island since it returned to TV in 2015 and will once again be joined by voice-over artist Iain Stirling.

2017's winner Kem Cetinay is also returning to host a daily spin-off show entitled The Morning After with TV presenter, Arielle Free.
