Astute Ghanaian journalist, Afia Pokuaa who is also known as Vim Lady has been spotted painting some schools.

The video was shared on her verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Instagram.

She shared the video with the caption;

“We just don’t complain about Ghana. We are doing more than paying our taxes to help change nation.
This is why these young women/men will follow me to Kwahu and others places to help build and renovate schools for needy communities.

She used the opportunity to reveal her discomfort in the challenge the country is facing. She made this known in a post she made on her Facebook page where she revealed that she has been having sleepless nights because “Dumsor” is killing her.

The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has revealed through its Managing Director, Kwame Agyeman-Budu that the only solution to the power outages challenges in the country is money.

He said that the company requires funds to carry out its operational duties by fixing some of the faulty transmission lines in the country.

The Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) has also come out to recapitulated that the country is not reverting back to its days of continuous power outages, adding that it is working efficiently to resolve the power outage problems in the country.
