Nollywood actor and award-winning filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan is a year older today, September 30th, 2023.

The ‘Anikulapo’ movie producer, has shared dapper photos on his Instagram page as he expressed gratitude to his Maker for his grace.

The movie star has several reasons to be grateful for his new age as months back, Kunle Afolayan had gotten an invite to join the OSCARS voting academy, a year after his movie was rejected.

Kunle alongside Richard Mofe Damijo, Shola Dada, Jade Osiberu, and CJ ‘Fiery’ Obasi had scored an invite.

Sharing the good news on his Instagram page, Kunle Afolayan expressed gratitude for the invitation, as he noted how it is another opportunity for him to serve.

To add to it, the Filmmaker was among the 50 people conferred with Officer of the Order of Nigeria (OON).

Reacting to the news, Kunle Afolayan expressed gratitude to the government for the honor.
