Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Dr. Prosper Nartey Ogum, has finally parted ways after a month on the negotiations table to find a better way to solve their differences.

A sports news understand Dr. Prosper Nartey Ogum will not be part of the Porcupine Warriors squad for the upcoming Premier League season.

Asante Kotoko is expected to announce a new gaffer in the coming days before the club commence their pre- season tour in Turkey.

Dr. Prosper Nartey Ogum, in his first season with the club clinched the 2021/2022 premier league trophy for the Porcupine Warriors.

The gaffer was not happy about how management interfere in his job which obviously saw him confirming in a board meeting that he can’t continue the job.

This is such a professional coach who understand the job very well and can match it to every level they want.

He got the team trophy but opted out of deal to make sure that, they progress steadily without the interference of the board. This will not give him enough to prepare and plan for the team.
