Ghana suffered a defeat in their first pre 2022 FIFA World Cup friendly loss against Brazil on Friday.
The Black Stars went down as early as the 8th minute from Marquinhos’ header at the Stade Oceane in Le Havre, France.
A double strike from Tottenham Hotspur forward, Richarlison compounded the troubles of the four time African champions.
Ghana coach, Otto Addo spoke about the errors committed by his charges.
“The first goal was too easy and this breaks something, the second thing was a little bit more defensive error, close the gap, you are know that they are good in combining, playing in between the lines and they are very good one against one.
“So what I wanted more was we double up more on the wings defensively and also stop more balls in between the lines.
“We really have to work hard and I think we can work harder and especially the set pieces were too cheap.” Otto Addo said at the press conference.
The Black Stars have another test game in the next three days against Nicaragua in Spain before a final clash with Switzerland billed for Abu Dhabi on November 17.
Ghana is in group H alongside South Korea, Uruguay and Portugal for the World Cup in Qatar in November.
