Dancehall king Shatta Wale has taken to twitter to beg Nigeria’s incoming President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to allow him to perform during his inauguration.
Sharing a photo of himself juxtaposed with Tinubu, Wale claimed people say they are lookalikes.
He wrote: “Your excellency everyone says I look like you, so please come and take your son from Ghana ok lol.
“They always say my father won’t come for me, so please come for me to perform for u one of my songs. Thank you Mr President. May you live long, Dad,”
At the time of writing, Tinubu has shown no inclination to take Wale up on his offer!
