Ghana’s beach volleyball team arrives in Morocco for Olympic qualifier

Ghana’s national beach volleyball team arrived in Morocco on Sunday to compete in the final qualification tournament for next month’s Tokyo Olympic Games, a statement said.

Iddrisu Bawah, the team manager, told Xinhua that the seven-member delegation from the West African country consists of four players, a referee, a coach, and a manager.

The players are Paul Akan, Amanor Richard, Samuel Essilfie, and Eric Tsatsum, Bright Abletor is the referee with Moro Mumuni as the coach, Bawah added.

“The competition which begins on Monday will last about a week,” said Bawah in a message. Enditem
