Shatta Wale Gifts Die-Hard Fan, Trotro Driver ¢3,000

Musician Shatta Wale gave a die-hard fan, identified as Liman Akwara 3,000 cedis after he stormed his interview at Accra-based Hitz FM on Friday.

The trotro driver disembarked his passengers after learning that Shatta Wale was in the studios of Hitz FM for an interview. Liman had been dreaming to meet Shatta Wale and couldn’t let the opportunity slip.

When he met Shatta, Liman was overwhelmed with emotions. He broke in tears and prostrated before the musician who was happy to see him as well. After that, Shatta Wale gifted Trotro Driver 3,000 cedis.

According to the driver, his mother died in the morning but meeting Shatta Wale in person has assuaged his grief.
