Former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Constituency Chairman for New Juaben North, Kwadwo Boateng Agyemang, has given an interesting perspective about President Nana Akufo-Addo being booed at the Global Citizen Festival in Accra.

He said after a careful study of the full video of the event, it shows that the boos were from a “tiny” group of people standing behind while those in front were only clapping and cheering.

“Their boos were inaudible,” he stated.

Nana Addo who delivered that keynote address at the 2022 Global Citizen Festival was met with loud boos and hoots from spectators.He described the booing as a “group of about 10 to 15 people doing that AWAY AWAY thing”, adding that, the majority of the crowd cheered the President up when he was called to address them.
