The former Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, while speaking at his grand reception, made fun of the former governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, for becoming a governor at an early age. Wike stated that he became governor at an early age, and now he does not know what to do again.
He further stated that this is the right time for Fayose to become governor. He, however, thanked other dignitaries for coming to his grand reception, such as the governor of the state, Siminalayi Fubara, and Dr. Peter Odili.
According to him, “Let me thank Dr. Peter Odili, Fayose, my younger brother, who became a governor at an early age, and now he does not know what to do again. He cannot run for governor three times. This is when he is supposed to become governor. At a very young age. That’s why we said, “Take your time; now the age is on his side and he doesn’t know what to do again.”
