Speaking at the laying of the foundation stone, Mayor Bensouda noted that KMC must deliver the right to education by investing D13 Million to build an assembly hall with a minimum capacity of 1,000 seats.

Mayor Bensouda called the investment a good development for the school which he believes will bring unity amongst students and the local community. He declined to call the investment a gift or a privileged and instead branded it a right.
