iciHaiti - PNH : Arrest of 2 bandits actively sought

Saturday, May 20, 2023, about to ransom a driver who was towing his car, an armed bandit was fatally injured in exchanges of fire with a police patrol, at Rue O-L (Cap-Haitien).
