Pathways International Kingdom Restoration Ministries in Montego Bay, St. James
Andre Ruddock, who is accused of killing Taneka Gardener at Pathways International Kingdom Restoration Ministries in Montego Bay, St. James almost a year ago was further remanded until January 11.
A plea and case management hearing, initially scheduled for today in the Home Circuit Court, was postponed.
Prior to today's adjournment, the court was told that the defence and the prosecution are engaged in discussion.
Ruddock, who is represented by attorney Anthony Williams, was in February deemed fit to plea.
Miss Gardner and a man, identified as Michael Brown, were found dead on the compound of Pathways International Ministries on October 17.
Miss Gardner's throat was slashed.
