Cause of Death: Massive Left Hemothorax&Hemoperitoneum due to Multiple gunshot Wounds to the Chest and back (Extreme Internal Hemorrhaging Into The Chest and abdominal Cavities)
Preceding Incident: On the night of September 23 rd, 2023, Mr. Finley was found lying on the road along Old Road Bay on St. Kitts.
He was shortly thereafter transported to the JosephN. France General Hospital for treatment where it was discovered that he had multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.
Owing to the extent of his injuries, he succumbed during emergency surgery.
