Lazanje sa tikvicama i tri vrste sira

Sastojci:

– 600 g tikvica

– 50 g maslaca

– 1 kašičica suvog biljnog začina

– 1 kašičica bijelog bibera

– 12 listova lazanja

– 100 g gorgonzole

– 50 g mocarele

– 15 g parmezana

Za nadjev:

Bešamel:

– 50 g maslaca

– 50 g pšeničnog oštrog brašna

– 1 l mlijeka

– 1 kašičica suvog biljnog začina

– 1 kašičica bijelog bibera

– so

Priprema:

Tikvice operite i uzdužno narežite na tanke listiće.

Propržite ih na maslacu, pospite suvim biljnim začinom, pobiberite i sklonite sa šporeta.

Lazanje prokuvajte u posoljenoj vodi, oko tri minuta, u koju ste stavili par kapi ulja da se listovi ne slijepe.

Za bešamel na maslacu lagano propržite brašno. Postupno dolivajte toplo mlijeko uz neprestano miješanje dok ne dobijete glatku gustu smjesu. Dodajte suvi biljni začin, pobiberite i po potrebi posolite.

Na dno vatrostalne posude stavite malo bešamela, složite red lazanja, po njima rasporedite bešamel, tikvice, rendanu mocarelu i cjepkanu gorgonzolu.

Na to stavite listove lazanja i postupak ponovite, tako da na zadnji list lazanja stavite bešamel, rendani sir i parmezan.

Pecite oko 25 minuta u rerni zagrijanoj na 220 stepeni.
