FCB Nyasa Big Bullets departed from Malawi today, boarding a chartered plane at Chileka International Airport.
Their destination is the Democratic Republic of Congo, where they are scheduled to face TP Mazembe in the second leg of the CAF Champions League’s second preliminary round, taking place in Lubumbashi tomorrow.
The Malawian team, known as “The People’s Team,” is determined to overturn the 1-0 deficit they encountered in the first leg, which was held at Bingu National Stadium.
Their aim is to secure a spot in the group stages of this prestigious competition. The journey to Congo represents a crucial step in their pursuit of continental success.
