(SPOT.ph) The opening for school year 2020 to 2021 has officially been moved from August 24 to October 5, as announced by the Department of Education on Friday, August 14. This means schools and students across the nation can breathe a little easier before the digital shift to learning amid the pandemic officially begins—but the same can't be said for college students.
