Maggie Wilson Furniture Company May Face Estafa Case

The furniture company of Maggie Wilson is facing legal issues

Celebrity Maggie Wilson revealed the “smear campaign” against her on TikTok and this has something to do with the estafa case that was filed against her furniture company.

Maggie has been facing legal problems these past few months. Aside from the adultery case that was filed against her by her estranged husband businessman Victor Consunji, her business was also dragged into a legal problem.

On Wednesday, Maggie shared pieces of evidence that there were TikTok influencers who were paid to destroy her name.

Amid the issue, entrepreneur Rachel Carrasco’s name surfaced as the person behind the “smear campaign.” Rachel is the current partner of Victor and they already have a child.

In line with this issue, the popular showbiz site Fashion Pulis shared a write-up of the legal problem that the furniture company of Maggie Wilson is facing right now. Inquirer published this under the name of Daxim L. Lucas with the title: “BIZ BUZZ: Caveat emptor: pricey furniture undelivered.”

It was stated that Acasia Inc., owned by Maggie received a demand letter from an unhappy client. However, reportedly, there was no response from the celebrity’s camp.

The client’s legal counsel stated in the letter that they already contacted Maggie’s camp numerous times via different messaging platforms about the items’ delivery bought by the client.

Your company, through its employee/representative, made our client to believe that the above-mentioned items are already in your company’s warehouse and ready to be delivered. As it turned out, however, all those representations were false and untrue from the very onset,” the demand letter stated.

Maggie’s company was demanded to pay over P300,000 as a refund for the furniture that the client already paid but hasn’t received the items. It was also said that this client happened to encounter another unhappy client who was also disappointed by the same problem.

“The lawyer of the unhappy client has threatened legal action against the company and responsible officers (for estafa, specifically) if the refund is not made this week,” the write-up stated.
