RECEPT ZA NAJUKUSNIJE PRŽENICE KOJE ĆE CELA PORODICA OBOŽAVATI: Evo kako da ih pripremite i šta vam je potrebno od SASTOJAKA!

Za sledeći porodični doručak najmilije iznenadite prženicama pripremljenim na maslacu s medom i vanilom. Maslac možete napraviti nekoliko dana ranije i čuvati ga u frižideru, u papiru za pečenje.

Sastojci za maslac s medom i vanilom:

100 g maslaca sobne temperature, 50 ml meda, 60 g šećera u prahu, 1 kašičica cimeta, ½ kašičice soli, ½ kašičice arome vanile

Sastojci za prženice:

4 jaja, 250 ml mleka, 2 kašike smeđeg šećera, 1 kašičica cimeta, prstohvat soli, narendana kora jedne narandže, kriške hleba, 2 kašike pripremljenog maslaca

Priprema:

Mikserom najpre kratko umutite sve sastojke za maslac. Prebacite smesu na papir za pečenje, oblikujte duguljastu rolnicu i umotajte papir. Ostavite u frižider na barem dva sata.

Umutite jaja s mlekom, smeđim šećerom, cimetom, soli i korom narandže. Umočite hlebu u tu smesu.

U velikom zagrejanom tiganju otopite dve kašike pripremljenog maslaca i hleb pecite po dva minuta sa svake strane. Gotov je kad poprimi zlatnu boju.
