MBABANE – Sifiso ‘Sting’ Dlamini walked away with E1 800 after shooting to the top in the Mhlekazi Cell World tournament on Saturday.
The knockout tournament was staged at Mpaka, where a number of interested pool players joined to showcase their capabilities. It was a race to seven, where Dlamini managed to occupy the first position by reaching to the target first. According to Mancoba ‘Mhlekazi’ Msane Dlamini had a double entry, where he got both the first position together with the fourth position.
Elated
Msane said he was elated with the performances at the tournament and numerous tournaments were yet to take place. They include a women’s tournament. “I so much want to uplift the community of Malindza in terms of socialisng and be able to organise and take part in activities that will enable us to succeed in the near future as the youth,” he said.
