A 20 year old youth caused a stir in the community of Phanat Nikhom, Chon Buri when he was caught on camera inappropriately touching himself outside a convenience store. The incident occurred yesterday and was filmed by a local. The young man, who was wearing just a beanie to cover his face, was also taking a selfie with his phone during the act.

Santi, a 30 year old fried meatball vendor, recounted the incident, saying the youth stood in front of a convenience store on the old town road in Phanat Nikhom municipality, Chon Buri province, around midnight. The young man, donned in a grey beanie, leaving only his eyes visible, was seen touching himself with his left hand while holding his phone in his right hand, capturing the act. He seemed oblivious to passing vehicles, but when he noticed a local filming him with a phone, he quickly left the scene. Santi, who was packing up his stall at the time, learned about the incident from a customer who showed him the clip the following day. The perpetrator’s face was obscured, so his identity remains unknown, reported KhaoSod.

Locals have previously reported similar incidents involving a young man behaving indecently. They speculate that it could be the same person seen in the clip. The community views such behaviour as a threat and urges police to promptly investigate the incident. They have called for law enforcement officers to review CCTV footage to identify and apprehend the offender in accordance with the law.
