DPP Calls For Referendum

The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) is calling for a referendum as Malawians feel the government has failed.

Speaking during the media briefing In Lilongwe, DPP Spokesperson Shadreck Namalomba said Malawians should choose whether they want Tonse government to continue governing or not.

Namalomba has also asked President Lazarus Chakwera to fire all individuals involved in corruption activities with business person Zunneth Sattar.

According to Namalomba, all individuals mentioned on the list should be fire.

The statement has condemned Chakwera for practicing selective justice.
