Minister of Civic Education and National Unity Honourable Timothy Pagonachi Mtambo on Sunday attended church service at Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) Church Headquarters branch at Golden Peacock Complex in Lilongwe.
The church service was presided over by ECG, founder Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Prophetess Mary Bushiri.
In his speech, the Minister underlined that his coming to worship at ECG is a statement that Malawi government values the role ECG The Jesus Nation Church plays in civic education and fostering national unity.
Leader of ECG Prophet Shepherd Bushiri presented The Jesus Nation book to the Minister.
In the book, the Prophet writes how Jesus Christ is raising men and women of God to control all spheres of life before His return.
