Ana Navarro Tells Co-Hosts “Do Not Knock the Healing Qualities” of Sex During NSFW Conversation on ‘The View’

Things took an NSFW turn during today’s episode of The ViewWhile discussing whether they would take a vacation with an ex, Ana Navarro found herself on the opposing side to the rest of the ladies. Why? Well, according to her, the make-up sex is just too good.

Alyssa Farah Griffin was the first to jump in with her thoughts, telling the panel, “I’ve never gone through a breakup where I thought, ‘I’d like to keep spending time with that person,'” which prompted a quick response from Sunny Hostin, who agreed with her.

“And then what if you’re like really angry and then you decide you’re going and as they’re sleeping, you’re thinking of all the ways you can poison them,” Hostin said. “I don’t get it either.”

The dark (but brutally honest) statement prompted laughter from both the audience and the rest of the women as Griffin joked, “Sunny goes straight to murder,” and Sara Haines noted, “From our in-house lawyer.” However, Navarro chimed in to counter her co-host, telling her she “gets” why people would go on vacation with an ex.

“Make-up sex and breakup sex are good sex. There’s a lot of emotion in it,” she said. “Not everybody’s got a utopia relationship. Sometimes things are complicated and people have to break up.”

Haines pointed out that it’s one thing if you plan on just having sex on the trip, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll heal. To that, Navarro quipped that “sex can be very healing” and told her co-host “do not knock the healing qualities.”

Meanwhile, Hostin still wasn’t buying it. As the ladies noted the cost of a vacation, she offered a cheaper solution, saying, “You can have breakup or make-up sex or whatever kind of sex in your house.” Though Navarro, who stood firmly in her belief, said, “Yeah, but I like Hawaii.”

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
