Brian Austin Green is clapping back against his ex-fiancée Vanessa Marcil’s alleged custody claims.
The actor told his Instagram followers on Thursday that he “heard” the actress was “claiming [he] spent years taking her to court and asking for child support.”
Green, who shares son Kassius, 20, with Marcil, went on to write via his Instagram Stories that he was the “respondent” in their court battle, sharing a screenshot of a court document naming his former partner as the “petitioner.”
“#factsisfacts,” the “Beverly Hills, 90210” star, 49, concluded. “#thetruthshallsetyoufree.”
Green did not clarify where he “heard” the claims — and Marcil, 53, has yet to respond to her ex via social media.
The former couple’s son arrived in 2002, one year before they called it quits.
The “Anger Management” alum moved on with Megan Fox, and the on-again, off-again couple welcomed three children before breaking up in 2020.
The exes now co-parent Noah, 10, Journey, 8, and Bodhi, 6.
In June, Green became a dad for the fifth time when his girlfriend, Sharna Burgess, gave birth to son Zane, now 3 months.
The “Dancing With the Stars” pro, 37, told Us Weekly in July that Fox, 36, has met the infant.
“She came and got some Zane snuggle time, which was wonderful and really great to see,” Burgess shared. “She said he’s super cute and such a chill baby, which he is.”

Burgess noted that Noah, Journey and Bodhi are “obsessed” with their baby brother.
The choreographer did not mention Kassius, nor did she reveal whether Marcil has also met the newborn.
Green and the “General Hospital” alum have previously feuded via social media, with Marcil accusing her “90210” co-star of “cut[ting] out” his eldest child from his life in November 2018.
“12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father & his stepmother trying to get full custody (that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support,” Marcil alleged at the time, noting that Green and Fox “lost that case.”
While Green did not address the accusation, he and Marcil appeared to be on better terms three years later when she supported his “DWTS” stint.
Kassius visited his dad on set of “BH90210” in 2019, and the father-son pair are currently co-starring in “Rufus.”
