Chicago's violent crowdattacked a police car with fists and fireworks in at least two incidents this weekend, injuring a police officer.

Police were first attackedOn Saturday night, a crowd jumped over a police car, kicking and hitting the car until the windshield broke. According to CBS Chicago, one officer was injured in the incident.

In the second incident early Monday morning, the crowd set fireworks on the police car and slowly reversed when the crowd kicked and hit the vehicle.

There were no reports ofandinjured in the second incident, and police did not arrest them.
