One person was killed and four injured in a drive-by shooting in Chicago on Friday night. The
shooting occurred around 6:00 pm on Friday. Police said someone in a car outside a home on the West Side of the city began shooting at Block 3300 in Westhurnoy.
Police said the shooting resulted in a gunshot wound to the left arm and abdomen. Five people were injured, including a 31-year-old man who was shot in the leg and his 34-year-old man who was shot in the leg. , a 33-year-old man shot in his left inner thigh and a 56-year-old man shot in his left shoulder and left hip.
The 33-year-old man, who received gunshot wounds to his back, buttocks, legs and left forearm, was later pronounced dead.

Illinois State Police say a student brought a loaded gun to a school outside Chicago.
Four people injured in the shooting are in good condition at a local hospital.
