Chicago police took more than 20 minutes to respond to hit-and-run accident that killed three, report says

A Chicago police officer said it took him more than 20 minutes to respond to a "horrific" hit-and-run accident that left three dead and at least one seriously injured. I was. A historic gay bar, according to reports and insiders.
