Texas Republican Rep. Chip Roy said Liz Cheney's loss in the Wyoming Republican House primary was likely due to voters saying Tuesday at "Ingraham Angle" about the swamp again. He said it was because he spoke up.

REP. CHIP ROY: The Declaration of Independence is very clear. Government derives its power from the consent of its subjects. Wyoming people spoke tonight.
