A male cyclist hit and hit Bronx on Sunday after a woman hit him in a car and fled the scene. The policeman who died in Ran said with his child.
According to police, she was driving a white jeep when the woman collided with a man near the corner of East 172th Avenue and Metcalf Avenue in Soundview just before 3pm.
After hitting her cyclist, she left the jeep with her child and was put in another car. According to police, the runaway car escaped from the scene and caused the man to bleed to the ground.
The man suffered a leg injury and was rushed to Jacobi Medical. Center, he died of his injury.
Police were still working on Sunday night to identify potential victims of delivery.
The drivers remained in large numbers on Sunday night.
The Hit and Run crash is Bronx's second deadliest driver cyclist crash in just five days.
Just before midnight on Wednesday, 26-year-old Victoria Noan Jerez was riding an e-bike at Mott Haven when he collided with Chevrolet Impala. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital, but he couldn't be saved.
