Dems "hates" the democratic process, judging by the Supreme Court's reaction to the EPA ruling: Senator Lee

Senator Mike Leigh, R-Utah, claimed on Sunday that Democrats "hate the Democratic process itself" based on their reaction to the Supreme Court's decision by the Environmental Protection Agency. 

Lee commented on "Sunday morning future" three days after the High Court hit the Biden administration's climate change agenda seriously, protecting the environment. The Agency's decision on Thursday (EPA) cannot pass drastic regulations that could overhaul the entire industry without the approval of additional parliament. 

Democrats and environmental groups immediately condemned the Supreme Court's decision to curb federal regulators related to climate issues.

The High Court ruled that the EPA has limited authority to regulate emissions. management. However, supporters of strict regulations said the ruling would seriously undermine federal efforts to prevent catastrophic climate change.

In response to the ruling, progressive New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasiocortes said Thursday that the Supreme Court decision was "catastrophic." In a tweet, a democratic fire brand and defenders of climate justice swiped in the Supreme Court.

"Catastrophic. Carving out filibuster is not enough." Ocasio Cortez wrote. "For the sake of the planet, we need to reform or abolish everything."

Fellow "squad" member Ilhan Omar (Minnesota) said this decision was a law. He added that he was "faced" with "basic morals."
