A 3-year-old child in Detroit was found dead in the freezer, the family says CPS has called home more than 12 times.

Detroit, Michiganofficials say the boy who died in the freezer on Friday morning was blind and child protection services were called home more than 12 times.

Unidentified, a 3-year-old boy reported by WJBK-TV, named Chase, was found dead in his parents' freezer on Friday morning and was found to be corrupt. It has been reported. 

Neighbors told WJBK-TV that Chase was blind and suffering from other disabilities.

The family repeatedly offered to take Chase from her, saying that Chase's mother "couldn't deal with" him. In addition, CPS has been called at least 13 times this year, but they say they weren't allowed at home.

Chase, 3, has been identified by family members and neighbors as the little boy found dead and decomposing inside of a family's freezer on Friday.

"He was the sweetest person," the family said. "He was very sweet."

Detroit Police Department Chief James White acknowledged the achievements of the officers who followed his instincts.

 "The discovery is a police intuition. They realized that something was wrong with the way the crew was communicating with them," White said.

Due to the lack of cooperation of the residents, officers called CPS home and tried to separate them. Neighbors say the boy hasn't been seen since March.

"First she is in the hospital And she let go of him, and she said the couple had him. Too many stories don't make sense, "said one relative. 

Other children are reportedly at home, and neighbors say they have been taken away from their homes in the past but have returned.
