When Wall Street finishes the week with a winning note, Dow jumps another 800 points

Wall Street's key indices are as slowing economic growth and signs of recent declines in commodity prices have eased expectations of the Federal Reserve's interest rates. It showed a big rise on Friday. -Hiking plan.
