Drew Barrymore Tells Gabrielle Union About What Gets Her Hot: “I Love Kissing” But “I’m Not a Horn Dog”

Gabrielle Union introduced Drew Barrymore to a sexy analogy on today’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show. The talk show host was complaining to her guest about unsolicited phone calls she’s been receiving from a car salesperson named Amanda, and Union suggested that the message may be more than it seems.

“I don’t know what she is talking about,” Barrymore said in reference to the salesperson. “It’s about a car that needs to be serviced, but I don’t live in Los Angeles anymore. I just don’t understand.”

Union replied, “Maybe a car is something philosophical, something needs to be serviced.”

Barrymore caught right on, telling her guest, “Oh, she’s like, ‘You need to be serviced.'” She turned to Union and exclaimed, “Well, Amanda’s not wrong!”

The actor responded by jumping on the couch and encouraging Barrymore, saying, “You need a jump.”

Barrymore, in her traditional oversharing manner, explained to Union, “I’m not usually like that. I’m not a horn dog.” She continued, “I like companionship and a good joke. I like to talk to people about their work – that does gets me hot. I like to surf Zillow at night.”

Responding to the last mention, Union said, “Who doesn’t?” The two continued to chat about their experiences with the house-hunting website, with Barrymore adding that she once went through Zillow with a date.

The host then asked Union for advice on a follow-up date with the mystery individual, asking Union, “The next time I have a date with this person, what do I say, Gabrielle? Like, if I just want to have a kiss. I love kissing. I want to make out with this person.”

Union exclaimed, “This is what I’m good at!” before giving Barrymore a rehearsed speech for when she’s in the situation.

“Hey, sir,” Union began, before pausing for the audience’s laughter. She continued, “I really like kissing. Kiss me.”

Union told a stunned Barrymore, “See how clear that was? And it was kind of hot. I bet you’re gonna get kissed.”

Union parted the segment with one final piece of advice to the lovestruck host: “Just say what the hell you want!”
